The Kino eyes program was integral in my development as a professional. From re-learning the discipline on set from various different perspectives and getting acquainted with the European workflows to learning the intricacies of post production, it has been one of the most insightful experiences and certainly an enormous boost in my self confidence.

As an audio engineer, before coming to this program I had professional experience however I was aware of my shortcomings which is why I never fully felt confident about my abilities and talent at least as far as my film sound design and mixing capabilities are concerned. But after this program and especially working closely with Harmo and after being groomed, disciplined and taught by him about the technical side of things especially, I can now safely say and feel confident enough to take on any challenge there is out there, from short to feature or anything else. I think that is the one thing, among several others, that this program helped me with. Regaining self esteem and self confidence.

It would make this program perfect if the program offered placement in some production/post production house or some project because immediately after gaining such vitality & skills after this program, being left to your own devices, struggling to find a job in the field and doing odd jobs to survive makes the whole process of these two years seem a bit counter intuitive.

Rest assured, im very grateful for this program, the management, the teachers and your support and efforts. This will remain a beautiful experience & forever cherished in my journey of life.
