    Synopsis

    On the outskirts of Lisbon, a teenage boy, Pedro, becomes embroiled with bullies. However, violence begets violence and sooner or later something must give. This signals the awakening of his dark side - a monster. Before soon, Pedro discovers that rising to the top of the food chain is easier done than thought and he exacts unrelenting revenge on the bullies.

    Synopsis

    Sofia and Tomas are long-time friends and flatmates who share a fetish for decadent rituals. On a rainy night in the ominous city of Porto, the flatmates are joined by an immigrant in transit, Rayan, who is spending the night Couchsurfing at their flat. Rayan recoils into a silent spectator as he witnesses João - a bitter nihilist - break Sofia’s heart for dinner, only to find himself part of a ritual that seems to have been premeditated since his arrival to Porto.

    Synopsis

    Alice is a 32-year-old artist who left her hometown when she was a teen. One night she receives a call from her sister which states that their father has come back. Alice who hasn't seen the father since his mysterious disappearance 10 years ago, now gets hope to reconnect with him. However, the phone call puts her beside a serious decision: returning to the Zone means facing the fears of her past and coping with the guilt of leaving her sister behind. In addition, the border control has become stricter. Finally, Alice sets herself on a journey. When she gets to the forest near the Zone, Anne calls again and states that their Father isn’t back and she lied. In the house in the Zone Anne, hears footsteps and her eyes get full with tears, she is also smiling. The key is opening the door from the other side, Anne looks at the door, frozen.

    Synopsis

    In a small village in Estonia, 15-year-old Liis decides to play a hunting game for the first time with a group of youngsters she wants to fit in with. She uses this opportunity to get closer to the boy she likes, the group leader Olev. But when he unintentionally shoots her hunting dog during the game and is unable to cope with the consequences, Liis overcomes her shyness and fear and decides to abandon the group forever.
